Rammey Marsh

Rammey Marsh is a 42-hectare nature reserve in the Lee Valley at Enfield Lock, managed by the Lee Valley Regional Park Authority. A mix of marsh, rough grassland, and reedbeds, it's a superb site for dragonflies and damselflies in summer, and attracts good numbers of wading birds and wildfowl in winter. Quiet, uncrowded, and genuinely wild-feeling. Great for young nature-lovers with waterproof boots.
