The Wimbledon Windmill Museum, in a striking 1817 windmill on Wimbledon Common, tells the story of windmills and milling with hands-on exhibits — children can grind flour, handle tools, and climb up inside the mill itself. Free entry (donations welcome), open weekends in season, with the Common's trails and the Windmill café right outside.
